Nice little Nor'easter caused some flooding. Here is a pic this morning from my porch of the backyard with well over a foot of water.

That reminds me, I'm heading south to fish for bass and hunt gators next week. I'd toss a 6" watermelon lizard right up past that tree and - wait a minute, that's a back yard!

That not good! Fridays Nor easter brought us flooding to shoreline of the state and 3 inches of snow to norther part. I could not believe how hard it was snowing when I got out of work. The storm you just got is forecast to hit us tonight and all day tomorrow with high winds and a lot of rain. Weather is crazy already this year. So much for smoking outside.

There is a marsh behind the house so it is not uncommon to see a little bit of water come up in the yard during heavy rains at high tide, but it is rarely like this. We have recieved a steady rain over the last few days which has completely saturated the ground and the wind direction has helped drive the water in even more.
