Storing cigars for friends

While guys I have a 12 bottle vinotemp and I have it full to the brim a shelf two drawers and 2 boxes. It's a lot of cigars in there, but here is where things get interesting. My neighbors are cigar smokers as well as my roommate who just got a job.

Anyways we are not buying two boxes a month for 5 of us. We smoke about 3 times a week each. However sometimes some of us smoke more and less and other days other then when we all smoke. What is the best way to keep track of these so I make sure everyone gets their fair share?

I'm also looking for a bigger vinotemp btw.

Tell them to buy a humidor and split your boxes.

That's the only thing I can think of. Have everyone keep track of their own stuff.

Or else hang a paper in there for each person to check off every time he takes one.

If it is your vinotemp, give them a drawer each and split the boxes. I let one of my college room mates use my humidor for his cigars during college, I felt bad as he always waited for me to smoke one, he did not like going in there, even though some of the cigars were his.

Smallish coolers (not 150qt) and a pound of beads should set up each person nicely and cost less than $70.
