Mike, don't go there, mate. Not only is it recurring to prejudice, but it's only feeding the flame.Plenty others. It's called Jihad.
i"m a fan of WMGF's avatar.Empty shell: Pretty stupid for her to be suspended but she was probably being used as an example to stop a possible trend from forming. Stupid but I'm not going to cry about it - I'm surprised the teacher she was bringing it in to show didn't tell her it would be a bad idea or if he knew, stick up for her and say he told her to bring it in if that was the case.
Steak knife: No argument, it's a knife.
Nothing more than pictures.I bet shes never bringing anything else to class for show and tell
Agreed, how much trouble would that have been. Hell I used to go to school with kids that had the crusts of their PB&J sandwiches cut off by their moms.Nothing more than pictures.
Next time he has steak. He will have to have it already cut up.
Good to know. And by the way, no worries. My fault, I probably should have posted this in the Debate Room. In my defense, I was referring to the classic definition of Jihad not the modern day bastardization of the term used by today's extremists. I should have made that clear, as evidenced by your negative connotation of it. Apologies to any that may have been offended, it was unintended.
It's all about the golden arcs.i"m a fan of WMGF's avatar.
