Vinotemp RH high

I seem to be having the opposite problem that every other VT owner has.
When the VT kicks on and drops the temp my RH climbs up to 71...this happen to anyone else?

It's all relative humidity. Humidity changes when the temperature changes to stay relative. I have it happen in my humidor when temperature kinda' "drastically" changes, no biggie. What temp is it at when it was at 71* though. Mine usually bounces from 65-68ish when it gets like 3-4* colder. And humidty drops when it gets warmer. That's why 70/70 is not good for storage.

The hygro reads 71 degrees - 62rh
I turn on the VT
It takes temp down to 65 but jumps the rh to 71...go figure???:dunno:

as temps get lower,relative humidity will get higher
