the last boxes sold out shortly after they came in a few weeks ago.
I'm going to be sad when I smoke my last one.

They have a shipment due in 2-3 weeks from now ifyou want to get on the list I think all you have to do is give them a call.

thanks for the tip. I'll ask about them when I go in this week, but when I bought a box 2 weeks ago that was supposedly his last 20 or so boxes for the chops.

The "Plan" is to make a batch or two more of the Pork Chops, then come out with another size untill he gets most of the meat cuts named. Jose's idea is the Pork Chop, Porterhouse, T-Bone, ect I think you get the idea. So the Pork Chop might fade out some but other sizes/blends will keep coming out.
