Ye'll be added to the queue and when it's yer turn, a sponsor (one of the experienced brothers here) will contact ye for a trade. Ye send yer end, he sends his and ye both get trader rating from the other according to how it all flowed.

I've added you to the queue of new guys awaiting a sponsor. Now you just wait patiently for your name to float to the top of the list as the guys above you get picked up by a sponsor.

As Moror indicated, you will need to wait until you have been on the board for a year. I use the join month under the avatar as the delimiter.
