I remember hearing about these and that they were supposed to be released in September. Well it is now november and still no word. I had a JDN lancero today that was wonderfull and reminded me about these.

I've been speaking w/ Norman Luger (JDN rep here in states) and last I heard the demand from ipcpr was so great it put them back awhile...I will give him another call tomorrow and see if he has any updates...I'm excited for them too...will post my results from the convo...len

Aaron, I know I have looked everywhere on the internet and can't find any info about there release.

The people that have smoked them, like Brooksey, got pre-release sticks at the show last July.

Now that's a great answer. JDN doesn't build the hype of many other brands but I really enjoy them. To strong for an all the time cigar but great whenn you are looking for a relly full bodied cigar

Okay, well I read his review and I have to say Im a little scared to try anything described as a "Nicotine I.V Drip". I dont have much of a tolerance for nicotine bombs. Ill have pick up some Antano to prepare for it!

I dont know why ppl say that about these cigars lol...'less I just have a really high tolerance...I get more of a nic buzz from LX2's than JDN 1970 Antano...Imho it is a great smoke...lots of flavor...always consistent (too me that is)...Just spoke w/Norm...unfortunately these are getting pushed back 'till Jan 2010...They still dont have the bands done and he said they are getting ready to shut down for the rest of the yr...This really sucks lol as I really want to get a hold of this cigar lol...but as they say...who knows lol..I forgot the quote I was going to use lol...But its all good...I start my new job in Jan (finally) so I will have the cash to but them when they do finally make it to the public...Hope this helped...len

My B&M got these in Dec. Very consistent with the samples - strong and very rich - leather, spice, very dark chocolate. Not as heavy in the nicotine department as the other JDN's. I like them.
