Interesting Vegas Receipt

Ok, ok, I was going through my receipts from Vegas in preparation for filing my monthly expense report earlier today and came across an interesting receipt for a purchase that, ironically, I vaguely remember making at 2 in the morning.

What was it?

Two cans of beer, a lighter, and a sewing kit. Any guesses as to why we would have purchased those three items at a gift shop at that time of night in Vegas?
