Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!! Jer and I are heading to the river for a couple... Finally gonna get some fishing in!!

Tomorrow night is a huge party at Fisher's Landing/Martinez Lake. The local marines come out in full dress and have a toys for tots drive. everyone up here has a golf cart. they decorate their carts (generators included) and parade around the area. There's also a great bbq featuring dove grilled many different ways. the cost? a new toy!!

once the parade starts, we all go up to our place, start our washtub fire, light em up, and enjoy the parade! what a blast!!

i'm back!! and in time for the Charger game!! absolute blast (minus all the stuff that always goes wrong - like the toliet and the boat - which is worse?). parade was a hoot (i like jello shooters!), didn't catch any fish (and i didn''t care one bit! man, it's so freaking great out on the water!!), and great quality time with my lady (yep! quality!!).

there were great pics (i'll get them) taken, and i'll post them soon!

it's good to be home! i missed you all!!
