It may have been part of the initial release but I don't think it was included in the 200 boxes.

(and what the hell do you know) lol

and the boxes are all pre-ordered for those that are wondering.

I just had another 1st release the other day ... it was a lot stronger than the previous one I'd had. I wonder if the statements of these "loosing" their strength so fast might be exaggerated? The first half was extremely spicy ... the 2nd half was nothing short of delicious.

I did not smoke a fresh one but I did have one about a month ago and didn't see any of the strength you guys were talking about. I can't wait to get my box.

I'm with you Nate, I don't believe they have mellowed out at all.

The way I understood it from Marvin is that he sold off some of his private stock which would have been part of the first batch. New stuff is being made and is second batch. The private stock boxes looks pretty much the same as the first box I got. Will compare to the new run.

As far as I know from my conversations with Marvin, the "Private Stock" were rolled at the same time as the original shipment, and were part of the original shipment, he just kept them for himself...

Didn't they have an October date on the box though?

hmmm... in the other thread you said it had 03 Jun 09

My first 2 boxes had the Jun date and the last 2 had the Oct date
