I think this thing was totally man-made. Maybe it's just me, but it looks like the blue beam is projecting from the ground, not to the ground. Interesting though. Search for Project Blue Beam on yootoob. Once you sift through the usual nutjob stuff there's some interesting info on a supposed secret project that sounds a lot like what was seen in Norway.
