How many times do you have a manufacturer come and answer your questions. Not too many will do that like Abe has. Pete has done that too! Nice play Abe!
+1

Excellent manufacturers that actually listen to their customers... hard to find that anymore.

I have had all the cigars except the Oscuro thus far and I have had no problems with the burn. Makes me want to go smoke the Oscuro now but I have to study and make a portfolio instead :cryloud:

A company that listens to customers! They really do exist. It is a Christmas miracle!

Nicely done Abe. As Bill said, Abe does it right. Love the Oscuro and the Sun Grown PDRs!

Thanks for the compliment guys, especially Bill....

But i want to make sure everyone is happy with the cigar i make. I would appreciate if all of guys would keep me aware of these thing right away to fix what ever issues.

I'm only human and some times things can get by me , i cant be there in the factory every day. I just want you guys to know I'm working hard to make great cigars for hard working folk like all of you..

Thanks Abe

So all you guys need to do is send me a Picture of the cigars with the problem, the total amount you have left. I need to know how many you purchase originally and were and when you got it from:

Please send all of this with your full name and shipping address me at this e-mail:

sales@pdrcigar.com

And i will send you a replacement right away..

I would like to say i liked the sticks, and the burn issues were there, and were distracting, but the flavor was good :)

Thanks Abe for being a part of the forum :)

The sg lancero is one of my regular sticks, its fantastic... Store them at 65/65... Can't say that I recall any issues with them... I've probably smoked 20 or so of these so far...I think they are OR.... I dont member..

Feel bad for the brothers that had issues. I store mine a bit higher at around 68 and only had a few minor issues. Still a staple in my humidor.

Brooks, the Oscuro robusto I sent you a while back was from an early batch that I had no trouble with, it's probably impossible to keep track but did you have problems with that one too?

got a torpedo sampler for christmas. been wanting to try these for some time, but these are my first. had an oscuro first and was great. had the sun grown last night and was very good as well. however, the final third showed the same burn issues discussed earlier. it's like the wrapper didn't want to burn and took constant relights. the flavor was good enough that i kept relighting!

Please guys.. Before smoking the oscuro you need to take the cello off and let it settle in your humidor for a day or so. Then smoke it..
Next year i will not have my cigars in cello anymore...
