Just wondering if anyone knows who won the Drac Ducati. There were a lot of people wanting the smokes and some who just wanted the bike. If I remember correct there were 13 unlucky ticket and then a drawing was to be held. Thought for sure that the winner would have been announced by now.

Purchase is not required to enter any sweepstakes. If a "Spooky Ticket" is in a box of cigars, then a contestant is required to purchase cigars to obtain an entry, which is illegal, and can be reported to the Attorney General.
His reply:
Dear Mr Fullhart,
Thank you for your e-mail. Tatuaje never intended the Monster Give-Away to be a "sweepstakes." It was intended to be something fun and free for the holidays for customers. Purchase of a box wasn't required; the tickets were just randomly placed in boxes that customers would have been buying anyhow.
However, having made some inquiries today, it appears you may be right and conducting the give-away could nonetheless run afoul of certain laws. Thus, at this time, we've decided to cancel the give-away until the Company can seek some further counsel on it. If in the future we decide to conduct the Monster Give-Away or a similar event, we'll notify you about it.

Deleting threads is not necessary, but it's not my house and I don't make the rules.
There were 2 threads and everyone was just bashing the guy who complained to Tatuaje. Eric locked them up before they got to far out of hand.
Just curious...how do you happen to know? Were you a ticket holder or was this a tribal knowledge type thing?

There have been posts on other boards detailing what was given....a whole bunch of swag, and 20 each of the Boris and Dracs is what was said by one of the ticket holders...
