What he said! only problem is that it is much further for me... well for a couple more months until they open the new shop 10 minutes away from me!!
Damn IT dan looks like we've got to endure the Pain Craig has felt so many times... At least your store will be bigger, better and brand new! Maybe you can score a personal seat?

Mine is Kenny the King in Lakemoor, IL... Not a knowledgable staff what so ever, the owner Kenny Patel doesn't smoke cigars. He has recently taken advise to get new and better cigars in stock but he has also taken bad advise of very expensive cigars, cigars that will be hard for him to move.. He is priced pretty well and he can always be talked into a deal. All you Chicagoland guys that are looking for anejo or lost city he's got them the lost city is priced like anyone else the anejo are about 2-3 buck high but they've been sitting and I'm sure he'd like to move them if you know what I mean.

Davidus Cigars in Ellicott City, MD gets most of my business. I try to hit the others around town when a get a free moment.
Been to the new one in Annapolis, very nice with the DC Lounge!

The one I go to most is En Fuege in Rockwall Tx. There's already another brother here who described it, so I won't.

I also frequent Cigar Shop & More in Addison, Tx. One of, if not the, best selection in Dallas. If you are looking for a cigar, they most likely have it...if it's available. They host excellent smoking events (Pete, Pepin, etc) about once per month.

Another B&M I frequent is Harbor Cigars (www.harborcigars.com) in Destin, Fl. I used to travel there much more than I do now, but Marvin and Melissa have a great shop...just happens to be right next to a liquor store. Combine a great cigar shop, a liquor store, and some nice outside seating/tables in Florida...and you can imagine how nice it is. Marv always has great cigars and takes good care of his customers with reasonable prices and frequent specials. He also has many events throughout the year. I'll be headed there this week! I can't wait!

Let me also add that though I've only been once(I'm a family guy and about and hour and twenty away and if I go I'm there for the day) but the Burning Leaf in Plainfield, IL is probably one of the best shops I've been to in awhile. The staff knows there stuff, the selection is top notch and the atmosphere including the riff raff that happen to stroll in aren't to bad, lol!

Mine would be Top Shelf Cigar in Epping and Dover NH, they also have a store in Portsmouth NH called Federal Tobacconist wich is one of the oldest in the contry.

The first place that didnt treat me like they just wanted my $$ and took my questions serious.

When I'm in Lexington, SC visiting my daughter and S-I-L, I live at The Maduro Room.

It's located in Lexington (outside Columbia) and it doesn't hurt that my S-I-L, Steve, works there too.

Another good shop to visit in Columba is the Tobacco Merchant.

Mine is La Tienda cigars in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Small shop but good place to hang out and a members only lounge as we have some of the worst smoking nazi's anywhere. Should have started with just get a hold of me if you are ever in town and I will meet you for a cigar.

I split my time mainly between Wise Ash Cigars in Smyrna, GA and Truly Cigars in Marietta, GA. Both of these are great shops.

I'm sure other guys would like to have this problem but there are so many great B&M's within a short distance that I don't always get to frequent all of them as much as I'd like. Cigar Merchant of Roswell and Blue Havana II in Alpharetta are both excellent as well.

If you get Cigar Snob mag there's a write up on Atlanta in the most recent issue, Wise Ash and Blue Havana have some nice pics of their shops in the article.
