...The good old days at Schatzi?
Back in the mid 90's Schatzi (Schatzi On Main in Santa Monica) used to have oretty awesome cigar dinners.
For a small fortune, you'd get a few premium cigars, drinks, appetizers and a great dinner permeated with cigar smoke!
And on any night, you could sit at the indoor bar and you'd be greeted with an ashtray, a cutter, matches, and cedar strips.
If Mark Early (General Manager) was there, he'd sit with you and chat and let you knw what Havanas were available to enjoy from Arnold's office.
...Good times, good times!
Last time I was there you could only smoke outside during certain times and if you asked any staff about the next cigar night they'd look at you as if you were crazy.
Anyone else remember thie good old days?
