Just a thanks to everyone that gave some ideas and suggestions on here for my new cabinet. It has finally come up to and settled at 65% RH after a month of waiting and today was moving day. 315 sticks in and only 5,185 more to go.

you ever think of converting that thing into a cabinet so you don't have cigars in 40 drawers?
a 4 door cabinet that can still use the original humidifier design...

Good luck filling that thing up!

Thats one of the reason I dont expand with more space. I'm upto around 450 sticks and am at capacity. If I get more room I will have to fill it. good luck bro.

It has four 10 drawer cabinets that are modular inside of the Mahogany frame and each of the drawers has a seperate slot. i suppose it could be converted to a couple of doors with glass and shelves. The down side is that my woodworking skills would leave a really nice functional humidor into a pile of cedar scrap.
