so after reading that it might be a good idea to remove tats from their boxes, i found i had about a third of a box of noella reservas boxed in the back of the humi. i opened them and they looked quite oily and a little sparkly. hmmmmmmmmmmm....what to do.....

Bob If they are the new ones, leave them in the box for a couple more years. I like to put them in a ziplock inside the original box about 4 years after the original box date.

IMHO, I'd keep em in the box at this point. But then again, I'm a pack-rat.

I hope you let at least some of them see another birthday, the older tats I have just keep getting better.

Pete only said that it's a good idea to put them in plastic in cases of long-term storage, after they're had years of cedar contact--he was talking about his stock of old Tats that at this point have picked up a bit too much cedar. Anything newer is fine for years to come.

EDIT: NVM, I see Pete already responded to this, lol
