Most likely not since the chat is Flash based. As Funke said, Tinychat is currently working on an iPhone/iPod application which will allow you to use.

Yea Apple needs to work on the Flash Player issue

I don't think they're going to, nor do I think they should at least now. A few years ago when the iPhone was first released I think they should've but flash is quickly becoming obsolete and HTML5 is moving in. They're pretty equal in regards to playing movies, flash videos, applets, etc. The only advantage flash has on HTML5 is displaying ads over videos and games, that more advanced stuff. Most sites are beginning to encode all their movies in h.264 so I see a lot of sites ditching flash in the future. For example, Youtube did this 2 years ago and they have a Youtube app for the iPhone, Hulu has began doing this and I see them coming out with an iPhone app and subscription service shortly after the iPhone comes out with most videos available, And Vimeo is also doing the same. I think now is the most we'll see of flash and over the next few years it will slowly dwindle out.
