I actually emailed the guy and got a response this morning ...

His response was basically that he worded the ad that way on purpose due to obvious issues with CC's. They are actually 2 yr old RyJ Cedros No 2, purchased in the Netherlands and shipped into the US in a Cuesta Rey box, with the bands sent separately.

So they actually sound legit ... just WAY overpriced @ $15 each!
