Hey Fella's I acquired this used unit over the weekend. It's a Haier Bar Refrigerator. Not sure about the dimensions just yet, but i'm thinking about buying an Avallo Humidity Regulator. I'm leaving it unplugged for right now. It has a condenser on the back, so it's not thermo electric like the Vinotemps....

I'm a marketer, not an engineer or handyman... Help a brotha out! I'm
very open to suggestions.

To use it for a cooled humi, you would lose

it is going to be too cold for your smokes
and to dry too

all you can really do is just use it for storage. unplugged

Condensor refrigerators suck the humidity out of the air - that's why thermo-cooled (wine cooler) units are used: they are designed to leave humidity in the air so the bottle corks will not dry out and spoil the wine. It will work fine to house your smokes provided it's air-tight, however it cannot be used as a cooled humidor.

Most people use beads in their units. 2 to 2.5 lbs of heartfelt beads would work.
