Learned My Lesson

Hey Fella's a lot of times when I need advice about something, i'd hit up PLUSH
because he seems to be very knowledgeable, fair, and just an all around Great BOTL IMO... Well he recently brought it to my attention that some of the brothers were a little disgruntled about the way that I've been handling my affairs w/ some sales, trades, contests, etc... Sometimes things were sent late, sometimes the sticks arrived in poor condition, sometimes i sent the right package to the wrong brother... He warned me that i was doing some serious damage to my reputation according to the feedback that he'd heard in chat. I'm not proud of being the source of angst for any brother on here.

Yesterday, i got a message from Tedski saying enough was enough on my being late sending his winnings out so late. Well truth is, i mailed them out the day before, but i sent them to the wrong brother, and i failed to PM him the DC for his package. Ted my brother, please accept my apology. I'm sorry for making you wait so long. The superbowl was a damn month ago! Two weeks ago you PM'd me very politely and i should have gotten off my ass and
put your package together right then and there!

This is no excuse, but I've gotten away from physically writing myself to do lists to make sure I don't forget what I'm supposed to to the next day, and i'm also pretty OCD. (That's why i spend so much money on cigars! *lol*) As a result, my life has been in a tear the pasts few months as i've been extremely busy with the business. I'm handling things at work, but my personal responsibilities (i.e. things like shipping out a bomb/trade/sale and the like, hell even exercising at times) has been in shambles. I'm about to go back to what works for me and start writing things down so that history doesn't repeat itself again.

For any and everyone that i've pissed off, angered, or offended, i want to publicly say that I'm sorry and ask that you accept my sincere apology. I love
this board, and the guys on it, and it was never my intention to rub you the wrong way. (And for you Jokesters out there "No Homo"!:headroll:starrylov:blushlove

Thanks for the kind words. I would like to quote an angry little man :smokingbo "handle your business". We are all brothers here and we all have lives, responsibilities, jobs, emergencies, and things that keep us away. I would say this, a PM will do wonders. Just let the brother know whom you have (trade, PIF, sale, bomb) know what is truly going on. I let you know concerns that other brothers had and I came to you with them in hopes you would "handle your business". If that is done then everyone is smoking and is happy. I think in your posting, it does show that you intended to do that. Just stand true to your word and all will be good.

The fact that you took the time to publicly acknowledge your "oversights" is a testament that you intend to do better. I, for one, have skipped passes and contests when I thought I had too much going already. If written reminders or sticky notes work for you, then do what you gotta do Bro!

Am I my brother's keeper? No, but I won't mind PM'ing you if I know you're up, so to speak... :yes:

Very key point that you brought up Dave... I will be participating in fewer
