I don't know which line this is.
The band was red with this text on it. "Rodriguez Arguelles"

This was my first cigar from an ISOM
It was a fairly small ring gauge cigar.
When I lit this stogie up I was amazed.
The draw was sooo easy with lots of smoke.
The smoke so velvety and just filled the room with such a nice aroma.
This cigar had a coco, hazelnut, and coffee hints throughout the cigar.
If you get a chance definitely smoke one of these.

I've had two of the R&J petite coronas. The first was pretty blah, the second was fantastic--that kind of inconsistency thus far is what's kept me from really diving in, as well over 1/2 of the ISOMs (yea, I said it!) I've had haven't been anything special at all.

Well considering the Florida Keys contain more than 50 Islands South of Miami, the term ISOM does not offer much info. But as far as I know none of the Keys are known for producing cigars. However the Dominican Republic is on a Island South of Miami, as is the Graycliff factory in Nassau Bahamas. Just saying there are multiple cigar producing Islands South of Miami.

Dave as I understand what you are doing by emphasizing certain words but Island and South are not proper in the terms you are using them there fore do not need to be capitalized. Just saying.

Definition:
An acronym is a kind of abbreviation. It is a word formed by taking letters from a phrase that is too long to use comfortably.
eg: Laser is an acronym of Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation

I don't know JJ, Usingenglish.com capilaizes the first letter when spelling out acronyms.

Either way, it's a Cuban cigar, and a nice quick review.
