Hey guys,

I'm sure many of you already know about this guy from Wades and another board and what has been going on lately, but for those of you that do not, I want to warn you about doing any deals with this guy. He used to be a big trader with good feedback but has screwed over many people in the last couple of months and most recently has been doing chargebacks through his credit card after receiving cigars from people.

DO NOT sell or buy from this guy!

Sorry to start this thread here, but if I can save just one BOTL from getting burned, it's worth it. Normally I would stay out of things like this but this guy is just unreal in what he has been doing... I saw one of our own that got screwed over just recently and had to warn others that may not know.

Of course he can (and probably has already) create a new user name on the boards, so watch out for John Wierzbicki from Ohio.

That's a bit strange to go from honest to a sh!tbird. I wonder if he got burnt or just hung in long enough to have a decent enough rep to burn people. Either way the guy is a doucher and thanks for the heads up.

Did a little digging since I heard about this, and apparently the guy is having some health problems. That could explain neglecting to send his end of trades, or forgetting to pay. But to go as far as charge backs? There couldn't possibly be an excuse for that.

I think this should be a thread all it's own. Someone tell Eric we need a Thread in the Marketplace where usernames can be listed for stuff like this. As long as Eric is the only one to post to it. In other words if there is an issue like this, you must inform Eric and he can decide to put that person on the list. That way there cannot be inappropriate or harrasing listing from members....something to help us all but with tact!

I hope the guy messes with the wrong person and goes to jail quite frankly! It's one thing to be a scumbag and screw up a transaction. It's totally different now with him being doing fraudulent crap!

I am glad to find out about this guy but a list like on other sites is not what we are about here. We handle ourselves differently and most of us don't act like children. I have been screwed a few times and it is just part of the deal. As has been stated before don't let a few asshats ruin this place for the rest of us.

Ok I am going to chime in here. Lord knows I am vocal especially in chat about who I think is a troll and what not. Botl is a friendly place, I do not want to see a list of scumbags cause you know a good person can have some hiccups and mess up then can turn around and be good again. I don't want to see people chastised for a few mistakes. If a person messes up enough around here they wont have a account here cause the admins and mods will ban him. That is good enough for me.
