Nicely put, Larry.......it might just be the right amount of filler tobacco, covered with the best binder tobacco and finished off with a damn good wrapper....just saying!
I know why -- they're rolled by God himself.Anyone know how the Padron family gets their cigars to produce so much smoke? It can't be a fluke. Every one I've had smoke this way.

Same here, I've never even had one w/ a tight draw. Draw is always great, and burns true. They use very high quality aged leaf for their anni's' so that is a huge part of the reason they burn so well and produce nice thick smoke. They also are rolled very very well. I mean i can't think of a single time when i have had a plugged padron anniversary.
You can't smoke the "look" of a cigar, so I would rather them use a good blotchy wrapper instead of spreading some goo all over it so it comes out looking like a Hershey bar. But that's just meAgreed ... although sometimes they look like a patchwork quilt!

Couldn't have said it better myself.Couldn't agree more. My first cigar love.... and the relationship continues....
I'm thinking they have just gotten it right, and have not changed anything since. I't not just their expensive stuff either. The londres, x000 series are all very good and very consistent. If I could choose 1 NC brand to smoke forever, it would be Padron...
