Got the trays yesterday. After sitting rock solid at 65/65 for 24 hours, I decided to add some smokes. I've heard great things about Chuck & his handy work, but I still couldn't help being blown away. The craftsmanship is jaw dropping. An incredible attention to detail. To be honest I would have paid twice what he charges.

The Hygrometer is reading low because the door was open for about an hour as I moved everything in:

While playing "Cigar Tetris" I was able to get just over 100 in a tray. It required a lot patience:

Your setup looks good. Unfortunately CompactAppliance stopped carrying the Edgestar 28 bottle and I can't seem to source one anywhere else for a decent price.

I have been waiting for my trays from chuck since the beginning of March. I can't wait to get them in. Yours look awesome. Mine are part of the same batch.

Enjoy!

That's an awesome set up Adam! Thanks or posting the chasidor link. The "How-To" for measurements is going to come in handy!

Very nice i have an edgestar with some Chasden drawers, i know what you mean about the quality. I was really blown away, i mean pictures really don't show you anything but the fronts. I went with two small drawers and two big drawers, my only regret and i am going to get more is not getting 4 big drawers, i am going to order two more soon, so then i will have 4 big and 2 small. Here are the pics, and yeah before anyone says anything, i have a small nub drawer... :chat:

The only thing i dont like about the edgestar is the 63 degree temp, i wish it was up a little higher, i want to get a control unit like yours, but i cant justify the money right now with a newborn on the way. Owell maybe when i get the drawers and i will get the control unit.

I chatted with a salesman on CompactAppliances website yesterday about the EdgeStar 28 and was told that they are expecting some June 17th. The quoted a pre-order price of $189 shipped. I could not find anybody cheaper. Scott M was the salesman that I talked to.
