I got this from my bro in law today. It was totally bogus and am extremely embarrassed to say the least.I thought it was a interesting read but apparently it was just fiction. Its a real shame that people would do that in this time when our troops need the support more than ever.

Nice read I like his choice of words. As a Marine Veteran I understand were he is coming from. CNN is the biggest piece of crap out there. During Desert Storm they was always giving out positions. To this day I will not watch CNN or anything CNN related. Your Brother In-Law is a true warrior and I wish him well and come home safe. I hope he gets his chance to see Bin Laden and take him out. He is not worth taking him to trail that would cost the tax payers to much.

i hate to say, i wonder what we are doing there. what will we "win" even if our brave men were allowed to kick ass to the fullest. you're not gonna turn that place into an even 19th century mindset. it's a hell hole and no one over there appreciates what we are doing. i pray for our military's safety and their swift return home.

I got this forwarded from my bro in law. I meant no harm in this at all. I thought it was real the whole time and that you guys might enjoy it. I worded it wrong apparently. Its not my bro i law writing it he sent it to me from somone else. I am truly truly sorry if I offended anyone at all.

I think Andy deserves the benefit of the doubt. He said he got it from his brother-in-law. He never said that his B-i-L wrote it, and he never said that his B-i-L was serving in Afghanistan. His B-i-L probably got it from someone else, forwarded it to Andy, and then Andy posted here.

It is a shame that the thing is a fake. However, it seems like lots of people have been duped by it over the years, and more will be duped by it in the years to come. Knowing it's fake doesn't diminish my my support of or thanks to anyone who has served.

Ok I feel better now Andy sent me a massage explaining the letter. He is a stand up guy for that. The letter had me saying oo-f#$king-rah get some. I was having flash backs to the Corps. I am back to reality now thanks for clearing this up. It was a good read I should have thought more about it. I live in the desert and never heard of Scorpion antidote. Not saying there is not one just never heard of it. We usually use ice on the sting and a lot of whiskey. Hurts like hell but you will survive.
