Received 2 awesome packages yesterday for the silent auction.

FunkeJJ, very nice little package including a desktop and some FINE sticks. I will be adding to this to fill it up. Thanks Brotha

And Terrantheman. Terran is definitely "the man" when it comes to kindness and thinking. What a great package of fine soups. I am sure this will go over very well. Gonna have to see how I will present it. Either by silent auction or just as a gift to the families.

You are two fine gentlemen.

ALSO: For all that are donating to this great cause. I will hold a raffle at the end (early June). What will be up is a box of Tatuaje. The winner will have their choice of a box of Black Tubo's or a box of Verocu Tubo's. I think it's a great gift for such a small donation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR REASON TO DONATE. TO DONATE SIMPLY TO HAVE A CHANCE AT A FREE BOX OF CIGARS IS NOT WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. DONATE FROM YOUR HEART.

Hope you are all OK with that.

Thanks again for donating.

Scott if you need more or need some cash please let me know. Guys this benefits kids, no one wants to see a sick child ever and this is a great way to help get them better. Lets all give from our hearts and give to this one. Talking to Hendy a bunch of these golfers in this tourny love cigars and last year quickly snagged up the cigar auction items. If we can get some people to send some good sticks and make some money for these kids I know they will appreciate it. Let's help out here cause you never know when you might need the help from the Childrens Leukemia Foundation.

Thanks Bro. It is a wonderful thing, but I do not want anyone to feel obligated. I just feel that these kids need every bit of help that I/We can offer. When they stand up at the podium and talk about the things they have and are going through with a smile on thier face, it really screws me up emotionally. These kids are stronger in mind and emotion than any human being has a right to be in that condition. They are true fighters.

Well, thanks to all my big hearted BOTL's, we have managed to collect $525 (not including funds contributed by the BrandonJ Auction), a couple great "health" packages for the kids from Terrantheman (which they thought was very thoughtful-dropped them off to the foundation a couple weeks back), a great humi full of sticks for the auction from FunkeeJJ, and a nice package of sticks and swag from Gunbuyer76.

All I need now is good weather. Which yesterday they said it would be, now today t-storms tomorrow afternoon. Cross the fingers.

Thanks again and again. I am proud, honered, and humbled to part of such a great family.

Well, I just got home from WORK!. That's right, I said WORK.

Scrambled to the course to help get things prep'd up for the outing. Ended up getting there with just enough time to get to my group. Dropped off the check, lined up the sticks and off to the tee box. Only to get an emergency call from the office and they need me desperately.

You have to be shitting me. I had to leave 3 customers (which they were very understanding since they work for the same company) and off to the office.

I will get an update in the morning on what the total tally ended up being for donation.

Here's what we did

Cash payment of $700

Created a $10 donation (per stick) at check in: $260
-Gunbuyer76 provided a bunch of sticks and I threw in a box of AF.

FunkeeJJ Silent Auction w/Drew Estate Swag: $130

For a Grand Total of $1090 for the Kids. WOW.

Thanks one and all for such a kind gesture. The committe was thrilled and quite surprised. They did not know what I was doing so that added to the excitement.

Peace
