Viaje DES are now available

I got an email today that these are now available. Any word on these before I commit? Anybody experienced one yet? How do they smoke? I know they are 5 3/4 x 52 nic puro perfectos but that's about it. So far I've loved the Jar Exclusivos the most.

I don't know anything about the blend yet. i know they shipped out to stores on monday. The store where i have mine reserved didn't get them today. Most likely tomorrow. I have liked all of the Limiteds they have put out so far so i have committed to a box.

From what I understand, they are the Exclusivo blend and the same type of blend as the Jar and Chiquitos.

I think the DES is the exclusivo blend in a double perfect shape. Similar to the perfecto squared from a couple years ago.

Can anyone confirm?

My box will be here tomorrow. My local was one of the few selected to get them, and they called today saying they had my box.

These were supposed to drop before the TNT & Summerfest werent they? Can anyone clarify, and if true, do you have any insight as to the reason for the delay in the release??

I was under the impression they were always supposed to come out after the summerfest and TNT.I am pretty sure they were set to come out the first week of july. There are only a week late.

There was buzz on the DES well before the other 2....so I guess it's an assumption they would arrive first. Rumor I heard....and this is second or third hand, so it very well could be rumor....was construction issues was the hold up. Hence the reason for me asking to see if there was any truth to it.

I am curious to know how these smoke and taste. My personal experience with past perfecto's have been mixed as far as burn issues. I really like the shape though. So, far out of the Skull & Bones, Summerfest, and TnT I personally like the Skull & Bones the most.

Post a pic please. The DES has been a mysterious stick with very little information out there. I like the blends Viaje puts out there, but I cannot commit to a box yet.
