If you google it you can find the same model for around 120 shipped all day long. I know I bombed one out yesterday.

FunkeJJ has better Google powers than me too. He stated the same thing in a thread I posted a while back but I couldn't find it.

Dude... if you can find them for $120 please post up. I'm sure there are some BOTLs that would appreciate it

here ya go again I found 10 sites yesterday with the same fridge less than $150 shipped. Here is the best deal and total with shipping was 130 so I was wrong.

That's the Avanti, not the Edgestar unit in the original post. Thanks for posting though as I'm sure many people will consider taking the wine fridge plunge at those prices. I just wish I could buy another but I can't if I want to still have a wife!?! LOL

Thanks for the info.. Anyone have info about that Avanti model. I was actually looking for the edgestar.. I saw a few lower prices, but the stores are kinda suspect, refurb products, etc..

Aloha I see the error but they are identical in size well they are about a 1/4 of a inch difference in width. I like the avanti as it has better reviews on the net. Again I paid $130.66 shipped yesterday so for that price you cant bitch whatever brand it is.

I would rather pay a few more bucks and get a brand new one. Would a refurbushed one do just fine? Maybe... but I would rather have new. Good price though.

All I can say is - I kick myself for not making the investment sooner. Here in Central California temps are in the 100's and will be for some time and while I'm away the house will run 85 degrees plus.

Now my stash is resting away, this morning the wineador temp was 68 degrees, humidity was 66.

Last night I pulled a Boris out of the cooler and enjoyed it with a fresh Mojito.

Life is good.

x2.. Agreed. Especially considering the amount of money the sticks are worth that I'm keeping in the vino. Also factoring in the ridiculous amount of cash I spend on cigars anyway, $90 is really relatively small. But to each his own..

funkejj-- let me know how that Avanti model works out for you.. This Edgestar I bought will basically be filled the second I get it, so I'll be in the market for another within a few months..

Guys, I have a few extra drain plugs that will fit all three of the popular models. If you need them pm me.
