Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced a change in the La Gloria Cubana Serie R cigars ? My preference is the Belicoso. I have been smoking these cigars for years ? The last six boxes I have purchased, I found the cigars are now made up of short filler and stems. I have been pulling out 3 and 4 stems per cigar.

Its usually only in a few of the box, no biggie. CC are you really saying you have never noticed them?
Not really. The only time I can remember excessive stems were in some Nester Maduros and in some RP 1990 2nds.

I only have three #7 left from a 2 box purchase in '08. This is my favorite golf course smoke. I don;t think I have ever even smoked one off the course so maybe I am not focused enough on it.

I like them for their size, consistent burn, good flavor and overall burn time.
