You have to take them out of the humidor, they should not be stored in high humi.....try them after 2 weeks out of the humidor!Ben, concerning the TOSCANI ,I tried them once but not the Antico ones. Hold on, I check in my humidor to tell you which one i bought! I'll edit the post !
Ok : I found them (2 remain from a box of 5) ! Mine are the EXTRA VECCHI ! They still smell strong..I hated the taste, smell like burnin rubber (though I never smoked old tyres actually!).
I bought them for their look : when you cut them in two and put an half in your mouth, it gives you a kind of Clint Eastwood look like in "For a fistful of dollars" !
You're probably right since i don't know if it will ever be possible to hydrate those !You have to take them out of the humidor, they should not be stored in high humi.....try them after 2 weeks out of the humidor!
It cant make it worse, but just to be sure make it a Zacapa XO :ccowboy:You're probably right since i don't know if it will ever be possible to hydrate those !
Honestly, it will be hard for me to give another try to those Toscani since I got some PARTAGAS 8-9-8 and some UPMANN Mag. 46 shouting "Smoke us! Smoke us!" in my humidor
Maybe some old Cuban rhum would ease the stunt !?
Ok, Ben I'll follow your advice my bottle (or should i spell it "BOTL" ?) of Zacapa is not over yet (maybe 2 or 3 driks remaining). It cant make it worse, but just to be sure make it a Zacapa XO :ccowboy:
