Hey everyone!

Hope you are all doing well. It seems my body clock is still on Pacific time because I am wide awake. I just got back from a quick trip to Oregon with my girlfriend and thought I'd share some pics with you guys. There are none involving cigars although I did have my first Frank, Anejo Shark, and Viaje Summer fest. Each were a real pleasure and lived up to their hype. Enough talk..

Crater Lake National Park:

I wish I could eat breakfast here every morning.

Jumping into 40*F water requires a little psyching up.

Portland:

Disc golf near the Columbia Gorge. The basket was straight down this huge cliff!

Portland International Beer Festival

Sushi train place. Worth a trip any time you're in Portland.

Oregon Brewers Festival with the Hop Czar. After trying over 30 different brewing styles I was reassured that I truly am an IPA lover!

Most memorable beers from both fests:
Lagunitas: A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale - American Wheat Strong Ale
Firestone Walker: Union Jack - American Pale Ale
Spezial: Rauchbier - Smoked Lager (tastes like bacon!)
Kona Brewing Co: Coco-Loco. They are on to something. Perfect fusion between coconut and beer.

I hope you are all getting a chance to take a break and enjoy summer too.

Thanks for looking!

Great pic's. Looks like great weather and time had by all.

But juming into 40*F water  I think the word in stead of psyching is psycho.

I would usually agree with you, but it was 75*F out and we had just hiked 2.5 miles to get to the bottom so it was actually VERY refreshing.

Here's one of the panoramas I made:
