Well last night I went in to work for twelve hours overnight o.t. I tripped on the top floor of one of my machines & busted up my right ankle real bad. I walked down five flights of stairs & to the break room. I got take to the hospital by a coworker. I have a real bad sprain. I refused pain pills. ibuprofen should do it I hope. I hope to get back to work on Thursday, very light duty, cut hours, & day shift. They also sent me for two drug tests. Blood & piss. I guess because I got hurt they had to. I have nothing to worry about but it pisses me off that they made me go.

That's part of the reason I stopped riding my motorcycle, didn't want to keep taken unnecessary risks and making my wife a widow and my kids ya know.....but accidents happen hope all is well Bro!.......Must be real bad sprain can't even get to a stick....
Sorry to hear that , never good when you are down for something like that. If your like me , its like you should be working and you are slowed way down. Things happen and it takes some time to get over them . More so the older you get.

wet an ace bandage and wrap your ankle with it. ice and elevate. ice off after 20 minutes,let it rest for about an hour, then re ice.
