I'd rather it be less formal at mine and the waiters just hand 'em out to those interested. I don't want a designated smoking zone or bar. Everyone should be jamming out together.

I think it's a cool idea, but it also depends on the location and set up of you wedding. I lived in Hawaii when I got married so we were all able to smoke on a nice lawn area overlooking the beach/ocean. Was a perfect night and I wouldn't have wanted a cigar lounge.
