I just wanted to share some thoughts about these smokes. They are a Famous house brand with 3 varieties: Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican.
The Honduran is made at Raices Cubanas and shares a similar profile as the Tempus, Padilla 32 & Dominus, but not quite on par with Illusione.
The Dominican is made by PDR with a Brazilian Arapiraca maduro wrapper and is right up there with the rest of the PDR line in flavor/quality.
I have not tried the Nicaraguan, but it is made at Tabacalera Protalasa (which I am not familiar with).
Anyway, if you're a fan of PDR or Raices Cubanas smokes, I highly recommend these value priced smokes (Dominican & Honduran). I passed them up quite a few times because of the cheap price and cheap-looking bands, but once I read about them I became intrigued. They pop up regularly on cigarmonster for <$3 a stick.
