Not a review just an update.
Well after the first post I made about the DES and ruffled a couple feathers that was expressed to me in a couple e-mails (LOL) I gave the 2nd try of this cigar.
Now we are getting somewhere. Lets just say my luck is if there was just one bad cigar in a production of 50,000 I would end up with a dud, which I think was the case in the first one.
This one had a nice chocolate flavor with hints of sweetness throughout. A very good pepper taste in the last half and a good coffee flavor in it.
The appearence is excellent to outstanding, the overall smoke was very good. If had to assign a number I would say an 85.
I think they may even be better with a little more rest. :dunno:
The bad thing is I just bought a 5'er for a friend and out of the box I had gave 10 away to a couple friends. Now I only got 13 left to smoke the rest of my life.
