Nah, it's not always that easy. I have temperature issues in my house. It's old, and drafty, and I don't feel like paying $400 a month for the AC to run, when my Vinotemp was less than $100. Same story in our RV. Coolers are great, indeed. They still aren't for EVERYone, though. I like my cigars to keep a very uniform temperature.

Yeah my house gets warm too. so I got the wine cooler and then put it in the closet and used some redneck ingenuity. to "pimp" mine out. you do not have to spend $200 on shelves and drawers right away, though they do look cool.


BTW I was 6 months from first 10 stick travel humi to a 28 bottle wine fridge. good luck dude.

My story is pretty similar. In the last 9 months or so, since I really got back into cigars, I've gone from a 50ct. desktop, to a 150 + a 75 + the 50, to my new edgestar 28 that just arrived last week. Just in time, too. I've got a box of el Triunfadors and two 5ers of DPG JJ maddies coming from cbid this week, and I was out of room.

Beware of C-Bid, it will be your demise. itchfork I had to force myself to stop going there for a while, I am a recovering C-Bid addict. I was on that site first thing every morning trying to get that first bid in, next thing you know you are spending a hundred or more dollars a week with no room to put your cigars. Then you just have to get more humi space. Get the coolidor, it will happen to you too.

My problem is so bad that I haven't been smoking, per dr's orders, but I seem to keep buying. I told the wife I wouldn't buy till after my surgery so I keep all the new stuff at my b&m and bring home a little at a time as "BOMBS". Have fun cause it only gets worse.

Next came the 1 year COTM membership X2......then came the 20 ct humi....then the 40ct then 2 40cts.........screw it !!! went out to Walmart and bought the huge marine cooler and ordered 6 trays and a bunch of Boveds from Ron......then I was gifted a Box of Cubaos and then I played (and scored) on MMAO ..then a few more boxes..........

My wife bought me my 100 ct humi for my first father's day. Now she is always bitching about how "she created a monster." In trade, I've spent a fortune in camera equipment for her (she's obsessed). I'm just glad she doesn't give two shakes about the likes of Coach, Prada, etc..
