I've gone through 3 of them over the years and loved them all. I would still have my second one I'm sure since it was still pretty new when I stupidly cracked the screen.
I have the 15 and wouldn't trade it for anything other than another MacBookPro! I've had mine 4 years and it's a screamer and of course never crashes. I just upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6
Yep, I have a 15" Unibody and regret getting the glossy screen. I should have gotten the 13" instead for portability.
Otherwise, it's a great machine for what little photography editing I end up doing.
PC user that went to Mac about 3 years ago - 17" - had many hardware problems that Apple fixed as each raised it's ugly head - after the 4th return they just replaced the machine with the current model - very pleased with the customer and tech support through the issues - I did have the Applecare - worth the investment -
FYI - Using VMware to split the HD allowing me to run windows on the same machine simultaneously - very easy to use -
I would love to get one. I went to the apple store to start customizing, but every add on that I want is 300-400. I'm afraid it would cost close to $4000 to get one that fits my needs. I really want one, but it's just too much bread.
