Going on day 3 with no cigarettes! No worries, stogies are still a treat for making it throught the day. The Gurkha I had tonight was almost enough to send me bummin! Anyway, just thoguht I would share what is making me act a lil stressed out right now.

Not so much the nicotine I miss as it is the "somthing to do" when bored/stressed/angry or all three at once!!

Take care brothers!

Congrats bro, best of luck to you!

I have a good friend quitting now and he's using the e-cig to do it. The 'juice' for it comes in different nicotine strengths and he's on the lowest one now, next time he gets some he said he'll get the 0-nicotine kind.

He also said some of his buddies give him grief, but anytime he's smoking at a bar or something the girls all ask him what it is and want to try it out. (Insert sex joke here.)

I finally kicked the habit last year. Unfortunately I picked the Copenhagen habit back up. Stick with it as it's a tough habit to kick.

Amen . Best of luck to you, it does get better. I quit about 2 years ago and now I really can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe it has something to do with the wonderful aroma of cigars :dunno:.

It's not hard. Any time you get the urge, you will wait it out and 5 minutes later you are in the clear.

I quit for 3 weeks. Then of course, I ended up in New Orleans, and am back to smoking but who likes a quitter anyway?

Stay strong brother. I have had this pack on me for the past 4 days and it's my last.

Well today is my first day with no cigarettes. I started getting up at 4:30 and walking also. I need to get in better health and a nicer figure. ;-)

WTG Sarge/BesstR, I started walking a few months ago trying to offset my cigar smoking. If that makes sense, I figure I'll do my best to stay in shape get my lungs right, and heart rate up to curve what ever harm im doing to my body. Feels good! Keep it up yall!

I chewed Copenhagen most of my life since I was like 12. Then one day about 4 years ago I just gave it up. I think when the price went so high for a tin. My wife smokes so that is why I picked up cigarettes. Which I cannot stand the taste of so I do not know why I smoke. Cigars is the answer to me love them.
