I did a review of them a while back, here's the essence of the review:

FLAVORS AND AROMA
The smoke had a very earthy aroma and the dominant flavors were spice and cream. The spice flavor was tricky to describe, quite a mixture of sweet spice – cinnamon and nutmeg with the cream coming through. Not a lot of change in flavor profile throughout but that was not an issue with the Hammer & Sickle as the flavors it did offer up were quite enjoyable.

OVERALL
I really enjoyed each of the cigars I smoked. I tried them at different times of the day and with different beverages (rum, water, mojito) and each time they played very well together. I’ll definitely pick some more of these up and could easily recommend them to a friend that enjoys a medium-bodied cigar.

Here's a link to the full review if anyone is interested.

I believe Henke Kelner of Davidoff does the blend on the Hammer and Sickle brand, also the Ortsac (Castro spelled backwards) and 2nd Growth. Christian Eiroa of Camacho does their Berlin Wall brand

I don't think these cigars are made at Tabadom. I tried one, and they taste nothing Kelner-ish. I looked online and only found that they were made in the DR. Usually if Kelner is making/blending for someone they usually name-drop like crazy.

Slight correction:

Not even shown was the forthcoming Hammer + Sickle Moscow City, a maduro-wrapped cigar produced at Tabadom, to be offered in one size in a black crystal "box" as a limited edition of 20,000 cigars.
from Cigarcyclopedia.

The maduro will be made at Tabadom. Does that mean that the OG line is made there? Sounds probable.

For me personally I couldn't make it through a stick. I was given one and thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't even make it to the halfway point. Just not a good smoke to me.

I had one of these cigars friday night, and to me they were quite enjoyable!
Mild- Med bodied, full flavored, creamy & kinda spicy but not overpowering at all. I had mine w/ a mixture of sprite and cranberry juice... I would definitely buy them again. I liked the crystal box and the very nice packaging that it comes in.

Sounds like it would be cool to get the black crystal box as well.
