Tatuaje Cojonu 2006

My first and boy was I impressed. Big flavors, tight ash, razor sharp burn, and lots of enjoyable smoke.

Like with all Tatuajes, I didn't want the thing to end. Lots of different flavors as the cigar gets closer to the nub.

The ash only dumped twice on this cigar as you can tell from the last pic.

BLISS after a day of schoolwork and teaching.

Tonight's smoke is a special one for me. 4 years ago I lost a really good friend of mine. Once a week we would do a cigar/beer night, i supplied the cigars, he the beer. Of all the cigars I gave him, he enjoyed the RASS the most, so I promised myself that every year I would smoke one to honor him. So, this RASS is for you John.

I would also like to thank Justin for hooking me up with this years cigar. I didnt have a RASS for this anniversary, and Justin was kind enough to help me out.

Wouldn't you like to know?
I friend of mine that I travel to Havana with was in a plane crash yesterday. I his memory I smoked a VR Padrino, the last Mons Corona that I had bought while we were at the festival in 09 I finished up with a PL peru. All of them would have been cigars that he would have enjoyed.

Greek's thread inspired me to go ahead and smoke one of my "treasures". That, combined with the fact it's getting colder and I want to smoke one of my larger cigars while I still can, made the choice easy: Tat West.
