Woo Hoo, 2000! By my calculations, I figure that puts me at about 100 useful posts- give or take 100. Seriously though, a year ago I never would have guessed I'd be part of a forum I enjoyed enough to participate in this much. Here's to you, BOTL!!!

Well with less than a year on my stint here at BOTL I'm officially making my 2,000 post :grin:. What a great time it's been, look forward to many more posts in years to come.

Today is the one year mark for my time here on BOTL. Thanks to all who make this site a place we want to be. I have been fortunate enough to meet or at least talk to some great people here and look forward to many more years.

Whooooo Hoooooo!!! It's official. My one year BOTL anniversary is TODAY!!!
I truly can't thank everyone enough for the knowledge, generosity, support, and friendships I've made in just a short time. Most military people will tell you it's hard in the civilian world to find the comradery you share in the service but I believe BOTL has succeeded in this venture just as well. Other than the words we type we rarely see the individual in person and yet somehow feel connected and passionate about there opinions or needs. I realize that it's just "A Cigar" but this place, but I believe, it represents more than that in many ways. It has become a daily place for us to visit, It has made us friends from all over the world, provided knowledge, shown support, offered help, and just makes us feel at home. My taste in cigars may come and go but the friends I've made here will last forever. Thank you BOTL and thank you to all my brothers and sisters...You have been wonderful!!

guess i can start on year 3 now. it's amazing how much this place has changed in just two years. there were times when there might only be a dozen guys online. now, the family has grown, but yet still remains family. i hope that botl will continue to show the brotherhood and caring that has made it what it is. we have a VERY special place here.
