If your going to partake in the the "coffeeshops" here is a good guide http://www.coffeeshop.freeuk.com.. It steered me in the right direction when I went 3 years ago..

And if your a big beer drinker check out De Bierkoning its the most insane beer store I have ever been in its three levels with the bottom being a "lambic cellar" for aging beers and you can ship back to the us it just takes forever and is expensive as hell..

And if you want to a great bar with a sick selection check out http://www.indewildeman.nl/indexe.html 17 on tap and 200+ bottles all served in proper glassware.. ENJOY!!!

Wow, you read my mind. I used to be a wine-snob, now I am a beer and cigar snob. :) I got turned on to Belgian beer by a friend who is a radiology software engineer who travels A LOT! He would schedule his trips when monasteries and other breweries released beer. I kid you not, his beer cellar is better than any wine cellar I have ever seen outside of a restaurant cellar KNOW for WINE.

He changed my whole paradigm.

Thanks for the info! I hear Rochefort 10 bought in Europe is epic.

Damn, I bringing my own sticks and buying beer and food. :)
