I recently placed an order with this shop, and they were beyond great on all levels.

-They made a promise to me, and came through on their word. I think going back on the promise may have been easier for them, but they took the high road.
-They sold me the product at the right price.
-And the shipping was beyond fast. And priced just right.

There has been plenty of shady shop activity lately, so this is a model situation for the other b&ms.

Based on this transaction, I highly recommend cigarking.com or visit their Scottsdale, AZ b&m location.

I was on "The Face" waiting list at the Cigar King, Skokie, IL and they ran out. I got a call on Monday from Reginald asking if I was still interested in a 10-count box (they had got some more!). That's damn fine customer service in my opinion!

Nice timing on this thread as I just recieved my first purchase from this shop a couple days ago. Got their "Vintage Pepin Sampler", four blends all from 2006. Very quick shipping and no complaints on the cigars either.

Ordered from them earlier in the week using their 25% off all fivers special. They called to say that they ran out of one of the fivers and offered to replace it with a more expensive vitola, no additional charge. Talk about customer delight!

Great place, I ordered the Pepin sampler that includes all the CigarKing exclusives. Will definitely order from them again and check out the B&M when I'm back in AZ visiting the parents.
