Has anyone else had one of these?

Brooks seemed to enjoy it... just wondering before plunking down some change on them.

I had one today. Started out amazing, very cg:4 like, but after an inch or two it mellowed out and was kind of boring. I am a huge fan of all of Dion's stuff. This did not wow me enough to warrant buying these over the excellent cg:4. That being said, if you're like me, you gotta try at least one. :)

They're mild compared to Dion's other sticks, and are reminiscent of the Epernay, though without the same kind of complexity––a very straightforward, mellow cigar. I do, however, think they're re a very good smoke.

I'd love to try one, hopefully they'll pop up on the Trades board at some point, but I'm not going to hunt down a full box right now ... I'm pretty much done buying until Spring.

Good assessment, and mine as well.

It is definately the mildest cigar Dion has released to date in my opinion. I don't believe you will be giving the cigar a fair/true assessment by only smoking one though. The first one I smoked I didn't really care for it, so I revisited it two weeks later and I'm glad I did. It really is a good cigar. :cbig:

Very true, Larry. I will surely try it again.

I've smoked a handful of these and agree it is extremely mild for an Illusione. Not the most complex cigar out there but an enjoyable smoke nonetheless.

Got a fiver and only smoked one so far. Very good, maybe not great but be careful, the wrapper is very delicate. The one I smoked had some wrapper damage from shipping but it did not affect the burn much.

I thought they would be my next box purchase but with the so-so reviews and lack of cash I might have to pass these over :(
