It has always amazed me that people are required to have a license to drive a car, kill an animal, catch a fish, etc. Yet any dumbass with working reproductive organs can have a child. Makes me think there should be some kind of a test. It is sad but stories like this one are a dime a dozen.

I do not have the patience to have kids that is why I am known as Uncle Dave all around the states. I do love this title because I can enjoy the little turds and spoil them immensely and then go home!

This is also why I do not read or watch the news I can not imagine this sort of thing it just does not register in my brain as possible. I do not understand therefore I get sad very sad and then kinda mad!
