The flattest of tires and how BOTL respond

I look forward to my saturdays at my local B&M. I managed to set-up a nice little meetup with friends to enjoy some sticks, fellowship and spirits.

I leave the class I teach and soon I am hearing that familiar rumble and feel that gu-gunga-gung.....and I know I have a flat.

It's freezing and alternating between rain and snow. UGLY.

I txt my BOTL I am supposed to meet and one tells me to relax and that they will be waiting. Another txts me back and asks where I am and that he will be there to help.

The place closes at 6 and it's closing in on 4:00.

Luck is with me and there is a tow truck in the area and my wife sends it over and passes her car on to me and I RACE to the B&M.

Get there at 5:30.

Put the CCs in the locker, grab a Illusione 68, a glass of Calvados and TRY to relax.

The best part hasn't even happened yet.

A BOTL on here hands me a Xikar cutter and THEN....and THEN after the place closes, EVERYBODY is standing outside with me, laughing, telling jokes, and having a great time as I finish my 68 and salvages what could have been a bummer of a day.


Dr. Z and Cohiba7 are true friends and great BOTLs!

Cigar smokers and the friendship that spawn from this happy are far away the best people that walk this planet.
