Pete is getting funny with his cigar names. When you want another stogie you just yell out SODO ME!! SODOME=SODOMY

SoDo is a neighborhood in Seattle, Washington, that makes up part of the city's Industrial District. It is bounded on the north by South King Street, beyond which is Pioneer Square; on the south by South Spokane Street, beyond which is more of the Industrial District; on the west by the Duwamish Waterway, across which is West Seattle; and on the east by Metro Transit's Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel and SoDo Busway, beyond which is the International District and the rest of the Industrial District.
SoDo was originally named for being located South of the (King)dome, but since the stadium's demolition in 2000, the name has been taken to mean South of Downtown, and extends a bit further north to include Seattle's downtown stadium district of Safeco Field (where the Seattle Mariners play baseball in Major League Baseball) and Qwest Field[citation needed] (built on the former Kingdome site; where the Seattle Seahawks play football in the NFL and the Sounders FC play soccer/football in Major League Soccer). The Mariners' popular marketing campaign in the early 2000s used the SoDo moniker in the catchphrase "Sodo Mojo."

Hello everyone,
First of all, I like to thank everyone for their interest in SODO cigars. There has been a little confusion about the price of these cigars; therefore, I thought I should clarify what they are and the Group Buy situation.
As Pete Johnson mentioned above, the MSRP is $7.50 a stick. However, I have to tack on Washington state local tax of $.65, which puts us at $8.15 per stick. On top of this, we have to include state sales tax of 9.8% and shipping & handling. Total will be $230 out the door.
Now I know some of you are questioning Sales Tax, especially for those being shipped out of state. In this great state of Washington, NO states are EXEMPT from their sales tax, except for Alaska. In another words, it is illegal for me to ship without charging a sales tax. On top of this, it is illegal for a RETAILER to ship cigars out of this Nanny state. Hence, there are no online cigar sites in this state.
In order for us to ship out of state, Ryan Burge (AlohaStyle) was gracious enough to help us out. Therefore, if anyone is interested in acquiring SODO outside of this state, please PM AlohaStyle.

Yep what he say's is true if you are from a non sales tax state like Oregon and are buying in person you can fill out an exemption form and not pay but that is the only way.

I wish you would have went the other way on these and gone Rubusto. I think it has an excellent taste profile which makes me courious about a larger ring with the same wrapper and filler.
