You know, he may take a while to get things done and I know communication is an issue with some guys, but I gotta say so far he's a pretty stand up guy.

When I got my Edgestar, I ordered a just couple cedar shelves cuz originally I was just gonna use it for boxes.

A few days later I changed my mind and put in a second order for some trays as well (stained fronts).

Well, the shelves usually ship pretty quick cuz they are way easier to make than the trays, but I had yet to see mine. I figured he was just gonna wait until my trays were done and ship them all together.

Well today I got an email (unpromted) stating that my first order for the shelves had somehow slipped through the cracks and appologized for the delay. He refunded my money back (once again I didn't ask for any of this...I haven't even contacted him) and he said that the order shipped out today.

Obviously I'm still waiting on the trays since they are the time consuming ones, but for Chuck to offer up a refund for the shelves without me even contacting him says a lot to me.

For the guys still waiting on stuff...fear not, Chuck is a good dude and makes good stuff...I think he is just a bit overwhelmed by the amount of support us brothers have given him in the form of orders.

Were you able to order off of the website? I went to the online store but no products were listed. I emailed him last week but havent heard anything yet. His product looks amazing and I really want a couple drawers for my vinotemp.

Just fair warning here....

Been waiting for my order since JUNE.....

emailed probably 4-5 times over the past 2 months....not one reply. Not hate emails, just emails asking for an update....My last email, that I just sent, either give me an "update", or just refund my money. I'm tired of it. I'll be lucky to have these shelves before Christmas it looks like, and at least I could spend the money on my kid or wife (cuz lord knows I've spent enough on myself..LOL).

Seriously though...worst business plan i've come across. So good for him (and a lot of you guys') that his products are a 10/10...but when your customer service is a 0/10....not sure it's worth the hassle.
