Hey guys,

I am about to break down and buy my first Liga Privada. My only problem is which one should I start with (No 9 or T52)? I am a big fan of all Tatuaje Maddies so does this indicate that I will like the No. 9 more so? How do the flavors of these compare to each other?

Thanks for your input

It's a preference thing really. If you prefer darker wrappers go for the number 9. The flavors are darker for sure with hints of chocolate. The T52 packs more spiciness and woody flavors in the habano wrapper.

I personally found the T52 to be a tad lighter and more flavorful than the no 9 blend, however both are quite good so why not make a double purchase and give them each a shot?

I agree. Grab one of both. They're both equally good in their own right. Can you get singles at a local B&M?

Both are top notch smokes, but (IMHO) there is a significant difference between the two. The #9 is on the lighter side, with fewer complexities and spice..

The T52 is strong, yet incredibly balanced. That stalk-cut Habano seed Connecticut wrapper is simply amazing...Sweet, chewy and just dripping with oils. You can see the oils buring off the wrapper 1/4" above the burn line! Amazing.

Both have stellar burning qualities, and are made with excellent craftsmanship.

I am actually looking to trade my almost full box of #9 toros for T52 toros :)

I think you will enjoy both, but I whole heartedly reccoemnd the T52

You cant go wrong with any of the Liga Privada line imo. I would suggest buying two sticks of each and giving them a try and seeing which you enjoy the most at that particular time. Don't judge a cigar by only smoking one . Try to smoke at least two or three of that certain cigar you pick out.

Thats good advice right there.

I really like the T52, but want to revisit the no 9 again as its been a while.

Bingo! I personally like the Toro the best in both blends, so I'd recommend 1-2 each of those. Then maybe one more size in each, whichever size you like the best usually.

I'd also grab a Dirty Rat if you can find one. Really strong--like Tat Pork Tenderloin or T110 strong--and delicious.

I couldn't have said it better myself. They are both unique in their own ways, so try both!
